A baseline, not medical advice — the coach helps you build the habit.

How much water should you drink?

A common baseline is about 33 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day. It's a useful default for someone who just wants a number to aim at, not a medical prescription — climate, activity, and diet all shift your real need.

How this calculator works

We multiply your weight in kilograms by 0.033 to get litres, then convert that to millilitres and ~236 ml cups so you can track it however you prefer. Food and other drinks count toward the total too.

Drink more on training days

Hard sweaty sessions and hot weather can add a litre or more on top of the baseline. The habit is the hard part — spacing it through the day beats chugging it all at once. Want a hydration routine that fits around your training? That's what the coach is for.
