Enter at least one optional reading to interpret it.
How to get a comparable reading
Measure at roughly the same time of day, before exercise and under similar food and hydration conditions. Compare trends from the same device rather than single readings across different brands.
A scale reading, not a clinical measurement
These devices estimate body composition with bioelectrical impedance. Hydration, meals, exercise and skin temperature can move the result, so use repeated measurements for a trend and seek clinical assessment for health concerns.
Why some rows have no band
A manufacturer band only applies to the exact quantity it published. Muscle mass in kg is not interchangeable with Omron skeletal muscle percentage, and InBody SMM in kg needs the report's individualized ideal before its bar can be classified.
The verified manufacturer ranges
For the selected sex, InBody publishes body fat at 18–28%, SMM at 90–110% of its individualized ideal, ECW/TBW at 0.36–0.39, and its score's standard range at 70–90. For this age and sex, Omron skeletal muscle percentage starts Normal at 24.3%, High at 30.4% and Very High at 35.4%. These percentage bands do not classify a kg value.
