About

We built a coach, not another dashboard.

Most fitness apps become graveyards of perfect routines you stopped following in week three. We wanted something that bends when your life does — without making you feel guilty about it.

The gap we noticed

The fitness market splits into two camps. On one side: apps that count macros and reps but never tell you what to do. On the other: prescriptive coaches that hand you a perfect twelve-week plan that survives until Monday morning. Neither one actually coaches you.

What we wanted instead

A coach you talk to in plain language. One that knows you trained hard yesterday, that you ate noodles for lunch, that your shoulder is still tweaky from last Thursday. One that adjusts the week when the week changes — because the week always changes.

Why now

The models got good enough. A coach that can read context, hold memory, and reason about a training block is a 2026 product, not a 2024 one. We started building the day we believed we could actually pull it off.

Team

Three of us, so far.

Small enough that decisions stay coherent. Big enough that someone is awake when something breaks.
